Yesterday Google announce call phones from Gmail now available in 38 new languages at Gmail official blog. Last year Google announce call phones directly right inside from Gmail for U.S. and Canada free and now they added 38 new languages to their list.

Google before announce that resident of U.S. and Canada make free calls to any mobile or land-line number inside U.S. and Canada till 2011. Still some people can’t able to call as Google rolling out this feature over the next few days, so if it’s available in your country you’ll see a little green phone icon show up at the top of your chat list and you’ll be ready to make calls but make sure that you install the voice and video plug-in.

Good news for Indians because call phones right inside from Gmail is cheapest deal @ $0.01 to stay connect with your family and friends who are in U.S. and Canada. Also non-resident Indian can make calls to their family and friends @ $0.02 to any mobile or land-line number in India.

If you’re a Google Apps user, and not domain administrator then ask your domain administrator to enable Google Voice and Google Checkout in the administrator control panel in order to be able to use this feature.
